Bureau of Information & Management Services (BIMS) an IT Education & Training Organization, began operations in 1990, under the leadership of Ravinder Valakonda, in Hyderabad.

It was started in the early ‘90s exclusively for the purpose of imparting training in IT skills and inculcating Technical Savvy expertise to – Technocrats, Bureaucrats, Collegiate – Campus – Kids, Domestic – Learners, Social Engineers.
